WHO I AM
I was an investment banker at UBS and Barclays Capital and a corporate executive and non-executive chairman with the Hyundai Group. I hold degrees from Brown and Columbia Universities.
I amassed significant general and human resource management experience on regional and global levels, building and restructuring.
I lived and worked in the US, Europe and in Asia. A German-American, married to a Filipina and, together, we have three amazing sons.

And then, my career was cut short by an illness. It gave me the opportunity to pause and reflect.

I am now an executive coach trained at the Co-Active Training Institute ('CTI'), a member of the International Coach Federation (‘ICF’), a teacher at university level and an Associate of Lee Hecht Harrison's International Center for Executive Options (‘LHH ICEO’) .

I have a drive and passion to help others learn and grow.
